Safety Protocols
The health and well being of our patients is our top priority. To ensure everyone's safety we ask that patients comply with these procedures while at Santa Clara Vision Center.
1. If you are not feeling well, or if you are taking care of someone who is ill, please reschedule your appointment.
2. Face masks are required (please bring your own)
3. We will measure your temperature upon entering and ask you to reschedule if you have a fever higher than 100 °F
4. We ask that you wash your hands upon entering.
5. All patients should come to their appointment unaccompanied.
6. Patients who need caregivers may be accompanied by one person and any underage minor may be accompanied by one parent.
7. Please practice social distancing around the office as much as practically possible. Doctor schedules have been lightened to help with this.
8. We ask that any new patient download our welcome form and privacy form from this website and bring these with you to the appointment.
9. Our preferred method of payment will be contact-less
10. All dispenses of glasses or contact lenses will be done by appointment. Car side pickup can be arranged if you call our office. Contact lenses may also be ordered through our website where they will be shipped directly to you.
11. Increased cleaning of all patient areas will be a priority. We will clean frames each time a patient has tried it on and as always we will clean all our equipment between patients.
12. Have you been exposed to a positive COVID-19 patient in the last 2 weeks? If so you'll be sent home and
rescheduled.
We look forward to seeing you all again and thank you for your patience and understanding as we try to keep you, your family, our staff, and our community safe.
